Shipping

1. We can ship to virtually any address within Pakistan
2. Shipping takes 3-4 working days in main cities and 5-6 working days in small cities and districts.
3. Same day delivery in karachi

Please also note that the shipping time may vary in case of unannounced holidays, non favourable weather conditions, delays in dispatch due to work disorders or delay by the delivery company. 

Order Payment

Kindly note:

• Bulk orders require partial advance payment
• Hostel and commercial addresses require partial advance payment.

Order Cancellation and Charges

An Order can be cancelled unless it is not processed. Please call, email or message us If you want to cancel an order. Once an order is processed or delivered, it will not be cancelled and user has to pay for the delivered parcel. 

Exchange & Refund Policy:

School Books Pakistan has a ‘No Refund, No Exchange’ Policy. However, which can only be exempted if wrong books have been delivered.
